As part of the Unlimited Horizons Group, our journey reflects a seamless blend of European heritage and Asian dynamism, building on a robust foundation that spans over 10 companies across Europe, with our expansion into Asia since 2022.

A Journey of Global Growth

Hillway Corporation’s roots trace back to Denmark, where our Chairman was born in 1977 and raised. With a strong European foundation, he has since expanded his horizons to Romania, residing in Bucharest with his two sons, born in 2002 and 2005.

 

Under his leadership, Hillway Corporation has grown into a leading player in various industries, with offices in key cities such as Limassol, Bucharest, London, Copenhagen, Sofia, and Colombo.

In 2022, our strategic expansion into Asia marked a new chapter in our story. This move reflects our commitment to harnessing the dynamic opportunities in this fast-growing region, with a particular focus on bridging European expertise with Asian markets. Our Chairman’s recent nomination as the Honorary Consul of Sri Lanka in Romania (Q2 2024) further deepens our ties with Asia, reinforcing our long-term commitment to fostering strong relationships with Sri Lanka and the broader region.

  BAV Investment Fund: Our latest venture, BAV, is an investment fund focused on driving growth in the leisure industry in Sri Lanka. Our first capital raise of 100 million USD is aimed at building hotels, developing the tourism sector, and supporting the local infrastructure. Through this fund, we are committed to enhancing the country's leisure industry while contributing to long-term economic development in Sri Lanka.
